Worm Castings - manure generated by earthworms - are the perfect addition to your substrate blends to add an organic fertiliser. Worm castings provide all the essential nutrients your plants need and will also aid moisture retention and aeration. Mix into your substrate before potting up, use as a top dressing to be watered into the root ball, or make a microbe tea by mixing with water.
